茶 Chá

The 白鹿白茶 - BáiLù BáiChá comes from the Lauraceae family; it is not tea and does not contain caffeine. It is produced in 白鹿村 - BáiLùCūn in 四川 - SìChuān at an elevation of about 850 meters. This small village has just over 1,300 inhabitants and no industry. It's an infusion that the local population has enjoyed for a thousand years. The tree grows in the 白鹿 - BáiLù mountain and emits the unique fragrance of Lauraceae plants. Its infusion is bright red and has a sweet aftertaste. It is especially recommended for people accustomed to eating spicy foods as it has the effect of nourishing the spleen and stomach.

This 红茶 - HóngChá with its characteristic honey notes is made with the endemic cultivar 青心柑仔 - QīngXīnGānZǐ from 三峡 - SānXiá. Mr. 李 - Lǐ's family has been cultivating tea for three generations. He owns two tea gardens in 三峡 - SānXiá, on the outskirts of Taipei, and in 南投 - Nántóu, in the center of 臺灣 - Táiwān. I've known him for ten years, and he has always faithfully maintained his seriousness and sincerity in tea preparation.

It is a 碧螺春 - BìLuóChūn made from the endemic cultivar of 三峽 - SānXiá, the 青心柑仔 - QīngXīn GānZǐ, which gives it a unique aromatic identity. The family of Mr. 李 - Lǐ has been producing high-quality artisanal teas for three generations.

This 高山茶 - GāoShānChá (high mountain tea) is one of the emblematic 烏龍 - WūLóng teas of 臺灣 - Táiwān. 梨山 - LíShān is located in 臺中市 - TáiZhōng and has an average altitude of 2000 meters. There are only two harvests per year. Due to the large difference in temperature between day and night, the tea grows slowly and the leaves are thicker. In the mountains, with persistent clouds and mist, the duration of sunlight is short, which reduces the catechin content and thus the astringency.

The 凍頂烏龍 - DòngDǐng is one of the two main 烏龍 - WūLóng teas from Taiwan. Mr. 李 - Lǐ cultivates it in the 阿里山 - ĀLǐShān mountain and produces it using traditional methods. This tea takes us back to the memories of the tea salons in 臺灣 - Táiwān in the 1980s. Mr. 李 - Lǐ's family has been cultivating tea for three generations. I've known him for ten years, and he has always faithfully maintained his seriousness and sincerity in the making of his teas.
