Hand-picked in the hills of 三峽 - SānXiá, 臺灣 - TáiWān, this 蜜香紅茶 - MìXiāng HóngChá, with its natural notes of honey Hand-harvested in the hills of 三峽 - SānXiá, in 臺灣 - TáiWān, this 蜜香紅茶 - MìXiāng HóngChá, with its natural notes of honey and citrus, comes from the home of the elders, where the family of my 氣功 - QìGōng teacher, Master 李 - Lǐ, still lives. Each season, they gather together to pick the leaves of an endemic local variety, 青心柑仔 - QīngXīn GānZǎi, keeping alive the gestures passed down through three generations. This tea is not made for trade, but to preserve the bond. In each cup, there is a hearth, a light, a memory... and a deeply human tenderness.
