Chicken "Full Festival" Pack
3-day exhibitor/pass 3 lunches + 2 dinners + 3 treats
Our exhibitor/pass privilege offer for the three festival days (26-28 June), in a chicken version.
Three lunches: the 2 刈包 — GuàBāo Tamarind Karaage + Kimchi menu (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) - free-range chicken marinated for 24 h (soy, ginger, garlic, sake), fried in a starch crust, glazed with homemade tamarind syrup and crunchy carrot & green papaya pickles, in our double-fermented "Porcelain" buns, radiantly white and uniquely soft thanks to coconut oil.
Two dinners: a duo of 2 closed giant Char Siu & Mozza 包子 - Bāozi, steamed to keep all the filling's juices - traditional glazed pork (chao đỏ & Mai Quế Lộ) with a melting mozzarella heart (Friday and Saturday).
Three treats of your choice: a Dorayaki (honey pancake, homemade red-bean anko paste and Chà Fěn whipped cream) or a Coco Coffee (Phin extraction over a cloud of frappé coconut cream), one per day.
