Grown in 坪林 - PíngLín, north of Taipei, this 包種 - BāoZhǒng made from the 青心 - QīngXīn cultivar offers a clear, supple, and delicately expressive cup. Its liquor reveals a floral and vegetal profile, with a fresh aroma, a light texture, and a clean, elegant, lingering finish. Harvested and crafted by Mr. 白 - Bái, this tea expresses with finesse the character of PíngLín, a historic terroir for Taiwan's great BaoZhong teas. Selected as one of the three teas specially chosen for the festival, it embodies a precise and soothing style, where vegetal freshness meets the softness of flowers.
